Já O Gambito da Rainha venceu as categorias de Melhor Série Limitada e Melhor Direção em Série Limitada.
Além das séries da Netflix, também ganharam destaque no Emmy de 2021, como já era de se esperar, a série Ted Lasso, original do Apple TV+. A trama, que está em sua segunda temporada, conquistou o júri nas categorias Melhor Série de Comédia, Melhor Ator (Jason Sudeikis), Melhor Ator Coadjuvante (Brett Goldstein) e Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante (Hannah Waddington).
